Privacy Notice

Scope
This notice covers the public doravoice.ai website. The authenticated product at app.doravoice.ai and provider/service traffic at api.doravoice.ai are separate surfaces with access controls appropriate to their purpose.
Information currently collected
The public site currently exposes no active demo-submission destination and does not accept personal data through the demo endpoint. Basic privacy-safe operational telemetry may be processed to keep the site reliable; public pages do not receive the host-only authenticated product cookie.
When acquisition intake opens
Before a demo form begins accepting personal data, DoraVoice will publish the destination, purpose, retention period, and request channel that apply to those submissions. The site will not claim that a request was stored or delivered until that path is operationally verified.
Product data
Provisioned customers control the business and caller information placed in their tenant workspace. Tenant data is kept behind authenticated, tenant-scoped access and is not rendered on the marketing host. Retention and consent settings depend on the configured customer workflow.
Security and disclosures
DoraVoice uses layered access controls and operational safeguards, but no public statement on this page represents a certification or an unconditional guarantee. Material privacy changes will be reflected by updating this notice.
